Support
Write to us any time. Billing, restoring Plus and your data usually have a short answer, and it’s probably below.
Write to us. Email hello@recury.app, or open Recury and tap Settings → Help → Contact support. The in-app button adds your app and iOS version to the message, which helps us find a problem faster.
Recury Plus
Cancel or switch plans. Apple handles the billing, so plans are managed in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Recury. After you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
Restore a purchase. On a new iPhone or after a reinstall, open Settings → Upgrade to Plus in Recury and tap Restore at the bottom of the screen. Use the Apple Account you bought Plus with.
Refunds. Apple processes refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free trial. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Plus appears on your own timeline like any other subscription, so Recury reminds you before the trial turns into a paid year.
Your data
Your subscription list lives only on your iPhone, and there is no Recury account. We never see the list, so we can’t recover it for you either; it travels only inside your iPhone’s own backups.
Export. With Plus, Settings → Privacy & Data → Export history saves your whole history as a file you keep.
Delete. Delete all history, at the very bottom of Settings, erases every subscription on this device. It can’t be undone.
Cloud reading. Voice notes and photos are read in the cloud, and only after you agree. To stop, turn off Settings → Privacy & Data → Cloud reading: photos are then read on the device, and voice input stays off. The Privacy Policy lists everything that can leave your iPhone.
Reminders don’t arrive
iOS schedules Recury’s reminders. Check that notifications for Recury are allowed in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications, and that reminders are on in Recury under Settings → Notifications. If they still don’t show up, write to us.
